Rick Segal is a nationally known retail expert and keynote speaker who
has authored more than 25 books and instructional CD’s. He is the
founder of the “Retailer’s Advantage” program, the RAMAE Awards, and the
Johnson and Wales University Retail Advisory Board. Rick is a leader
in devising innovative ways for retail and service businesses to improve
and succeed. As a spokesperson for the retail community, Rick has
appeared on the Sally Jesse Rafael Show, and is known for his
down-to-earth, street-smart style that pleases crowds nationwide.
The Maine Merchants Association organizes a number of special events each year for the benefit of our membership. In addition to our annual meeting, we organize a number of seminars, networking events and targeted legislative events throughout Maine.
