UPDATE 3/5/10: The Committee voted 11-1 ought not to pass, however, there is some concern that the bill could be reconsidered. We are keeping an eye on this bill currently on life support.
UPDATE 1/16/10: A companion bill (LD 403) which would have significantly increased the minimum wage was withdrawn.
UPDATE 2/26/10: Work session scheduled for March 1 and committee vote likely.
